摘　　要：高校图书馆的人文精神作为图书馆的内在动力和精神内核,在高校图书馆步入现代化阶段时仍将发挥重要作用。从阐释图书馆人文精神的概念出发,系统地探讨了什么是图书馆人文精神,怎样做才能在高校图书馆内更加体现人文精神。Bring as the intrinsic motivation and spiritual core of university library, the humanistic spirit of university library will continue to play an important role when university library come into the modernization stage. Starting from expounding the concept of library’s humanistic spirit , this paper makes a systematic discussion on what is the humanistic spirit of university library and how to embody better the humanistic spirit in university library.
