摘　　要：针对高校图书馆志愿者活动的局限性,从营造志愿者队伍发展壮大的良好氛围、建立志愿者队伍管理运行机制、搭建志愿者自我实现的平台等方面,提出了保证图书馆志愿者活动健康、顺利、持久开展的措施。In the light of the limitation of volunteer activities in university library, this paper puts forward some measures for ensuring the healthy, smooth and persistent development of volunteer activities of the library from some aspects of creating a good atmosphere for the growth of volunteer team, establishing management operating mechanism for volunteer team, and building a platform for self-implementation of volunteers, etc.
