摘　　要：阐述了科学发展观的科学内涵和精神实质,分析了我国图书馆事业实现科学发展所面临的主要障碍,结合工作实际提出了实现我国图书馆事业科学发展的几点设想。This paper expounds the scientific connotations and spiritual substance of the scientific development concept,analyzes some major obstacles for realizing the scientific development of China’s libraries,and connecting with the work practice,puts forward some ideas for realizing the scientific development of China’s libraries.
