摘　　要：阐述了竞争情报人员在企业竞争情报工作中的重要性,探讨了竞争情报人员的基本职能,针对情报人员所存在的问题提出了应对措施。This paper expounds the 9importance of competitive intelligence personnel in enterprise’s competitive intelligence work, probes into the basic functions of the competitive intelligence personnel, and in the light of the problems existing in the competitive intelligence personnel, puts forward some corresponding measures.
