摘　　要：分析了当前我国高校图书馆的知识管理现状,对其中含混不清、错误的概念进行厘正,系统介绍了知识管理的内涵、功能,明确了知识管理和其他学科的关系,对国内外高校图书馆的知识管理活动具有一定的借鉴作用。This paper analyzes the status of knowledge management in China,corrects the ambiguity of concept, systematically introduces the connotations,function of knowledge management system,and clears the relationship between knowledge management and other disciplines,which provides some references for university libraries at home and abroad.
