摘 要:为探索肝胰十二指肠整块联合移植(SHPD)术式的可行性,在国内首先建立了大鼠SHPD模型,并评价了术后大鼠生存以及移植物功能状况。结果表明大鼠异位SHPD切实可行,手术成功率高(76.9%),术后1周存活率达75%,能长期存活(>3个月),术后行相关检查,表明移植物血管通畅,供肝和供胰有功能。该模型可用于移植免疫以及肝营养等实验研究,另外该术式对某些良性肝脏疾患伴或不伴Ⅰ型糖尿病的治疗有启发性。In order to study the operation feasibility of heterotopic simultaneous en bloc liver, pancreas, and duodenum transplantation (SHPD), the SHPD model in rats was established for the frist time in China, the status of rat survival and graft function evaluated postoperatively. The results revealed that the rat SHPD model was feasible, with the operative successful rate being 76.9% , oneweek postoperative survival rate being 75%, long survival time without complications being more than 3 months, and good function of the grafted liver and pancreas. In addition, SHPD model is suitable for the experimental study of transplantation immunology, hepatotrophism, etc, and enlightens the treatment of some benign liver diseases with or withour type 1 diabetes mellitus.
