摘　　要：从硬件架构、软件系统设计及数据库等方面,简单介绍了一套采用Delphi7.0开发的自动语音外呼系统。并对该系统在气象灾害预警、专项气象服务、气象信息宣传等方面的应用进行了探讨。This paper introduces the auto-phonetic outbound system developed with Delphi 7.0 from hardware framework, software system design, and database, etc., and probes into the application of this system in meteorological disaster early-warning, special meteorological service, and meteorological information propaganda, etc.
