摘　　要：目的：探讨CT扫描中的变量因素并加以控制从而提高CT图像质量。方法：总结2008年6月1日至2008年7月1日CT图像质量欠佳120例，分析影响CT图像质量的变量因素。结果：这些变量因素有：①CT检查前的准备；②噪声；③伪影；④部分容积应和周围间隙现象；⑤CT分辨率；⑥窗宽和窗位；⑦图像重建的数学演算方式。结论；控制CT扫描中的变量因素可以提高CT图像质量。Objective： Be investigate the raise of the CT image quality in the variate factor of the controled CT scan. Methods： Summary the CT image quality of the below the mark 120 case in the 2008.6.1--7.1 , be analyzed variate factor to affect CT image quality. Result： The variate factor is （1）The preparation is insufficiency before CT examination ; （2） noise; （3） artifacts shadow; （4） fraction contain effect ; （5） CT resolution; （6） window width and window level;（7）calculus style of the image Reconstruction. Conclusion：be controled the variate factor can improve the CT image quality.
