摘 要:综合多资源、项目权重和承继因素,以充分利用资源和均衡分配计划期内资源为目标,提出含多重资源约束的多项目选择计划混合优化决策模型;进而,基于体液免疫应答中B细胞应答抗原的运行机制和机理,提取简化的应答框架并结合资源约束设计算子模块,获得寻求多资源受限多项目选择计划问题的最优决策方案的隐并行免疫算法;数值实验比较结果显示该算法能获得满足资源限制的最佳决策方案,论证了该决策模型的合理性和应用潜力.Associated to the elements of multi-resource, project-weight and project-inherit, this work proposes a hybrid optimization decision model to solve the multi-project selective planning problem with multill level resource constraints, in terms of the objective sufficiently utilizing and uniformly allocating resources within a planning period. Further, based on the performance mechanisms and metaphors that B cells respond to the antigen in humoral immune response, a simplified response mechanism is abstracted and several immune operators related to resource constraints are designed ; correspondingly, an implicit parallel immune algorithm is designed to search the satisfactory decision scheme for the above model. Comparative experiments show that the algorithm can find the satisfactory decision scheme satisfying the resource constraints, while demonstrating the rationality and application potential of the decision model.
