摘 要:为打消医院应用无线网技术的顾虑,部署覆盖效果更加符合医疗环境、具备良好安全策略的无线网络,在分析了无线网络设备对人体和医疗设备的干扰性问题之后,探讨了在医疗环境中无线局域网的部署设计方案以及多元组合的安全方案。实例表明,采用天馈系统的无线部署方式具有更佳的覆盖效果。最后介绍了无线技术在无线查房、床边护理、床旁移动医疗设备的信号采集以及RFID和VoIP等方面的应用。To address the concerns in deploying wireless network technologies in a hospital, and fmd a wireless network solution with strong security policies and the signal coverage that better fits the hospital environment as well, after analyzing the interference of wireless network equipments against medical devices and human bodies, the WLAN design and deployment solutions and the security solutions of component integration in the hospital environment are discussed. It concludes that the WLAN deployment solution based on the indoor signal distribution technologies has the better coverage result according to the live use cases. Finally, the applications of wireless technologies in the areas of ward round, bedside nursing, data collection of bedside mobile clinical devices, RFID, VolP and etc. are introduced.
