摘　　要：为了实现属性数据库的动态更新,解决数据冗余问题,采用GIS组件Map Objects,运用数据库连接设计技术,在VB平台上实现了关系数据库中气候信息数据的动态管理。将最新的气候信息数据及时添加到GIS属性数据库中,并采用地图渲染的方法,对添加的属性数据进行可视化显示,生成专题地图,实现了空间数据库、属性数据库和关系数据库的集成,最后结合示例进行程序代码说明。To come true the dynamic refresh and solve the data redundance for attribution data database, with the continued enlarge of climate basic data related to spatial data, taking the GIS component map objects, with the database connection technology, the climate information data can be added to the relation database dynamically and refreshed on VB platform, then added to the GIS attribution database, which can be visualized and generated special map by thematic map methods, the integration of spatial database, attribution database and relation database is come true, finally the case study is adopted to demonstrate the program codes.
