手术后温水足浴促肛门排气时间提前的临床观察

摘　　要：根据足部反射区理论，对８９例妇产科三类手术后病人进行温水足浴，肛门排气时间较８１例对照组病人明显提前，有显著性差异。此法操作简单，不受条件限制，既促进了手术后病人康复，又密切了护患关系。Enforcement to the nursing care to postoperative patient can promote the recovery of intestinal function,avoid abdominal distention and take normal food earlier,and will enhance recovery of the organism.According to the theory of reflex zone of feet,89 cases of 3 kinds of obstetric or gynecological postoperative patients underwent lukewarm feet bath.The time of anal exsufflation was promoted compared with 81 control cases with significant difference.This procedure is simple,not limited by condition.It enhances the recovery of postoperative patients and also makes the relationship between patient and nurses more intimate.It also improves the degree of satisfaction of the patients to the nursing care work.
