摘 要:黄金周休假制度对我国旅游业的发展产生了巨大的影响,但以往的文献基本局限于影响的定性分析,而缺乏精确的定量研究,同时缺乏对影响机制的深入探讨。本文通过黄金周休假制度对旅游业核心要素——旅游者、旅游企业和旅游资源影响的分析,构建了黄金周休假制度的影响机制,并利用全国31个省市的面板数据对黄金周休假制度作为政策变量进行了回归分析,实证结果表明:黄金周休假制度对我国旅游业有重大的促进作用。Golden week holiday institution has exerted great impact on the development of China' s tourism industry. However, most of the past literature are confined to the qualitative analysis, lacking precise quantitative study and in-depth discussions about its influence mechanism. The paper, based on the analysis of the influence of the core elements to tourism industry-tourists, tourism enterprises and tourism resources, constructs the inner mechanism and makes regression analysis of the golden week holiday institution by using panel data from 31 provinces and municipalities as policy variables. The empirical evidence shows that the holiday institution is of great significance to the development of China' s tourism industry.
