西替利嗪治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：为了解国产西替利嗪治疗常年性变应性鼻炎（PAR）的疗效及副反应，以双盲法随机将203例PAR病人分为两组：进口组：用比利时UCB公司产西替利嗪片（商品名仙特敏）；国产组：用深圳市医药研究设计院及广东彼迪药业有限公司研制的西替利嗪片进行治疗。经治1～2个疗程后发现，两组在症状、体征达到有效改善时间基本相同；临床疗效总有效率：国产组为86．49％，进口组为86．96％；副反应发生率：国产组为18．02％，进口组为15．22％。经卡方检验，两组差异无显著性意义（P＞0．05）。表明：国产西替利嗪在治疗PAR上是安全、有效的。In order to estimate the effect and side effects of cetirizine tablets produced by a do-mestic producer in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR), 203 cases of PAR patients were studied and divided into two groups at random. One group took the cetirizine tablets provided by Shenzhen Pharmaceutical Researching and Designing Insitute and Guangdong Bidi Pharmacy Ltd,the other took imported cetirizine provided by UCB Crop of Belgium. Deuble-blind trials were used. After one and two courses of treatment,we find that:① The duration of symptoms and phys-ical signs improvement of both groups were similar, P>0. 05. ② The total cliulcal effective rate of domestic-made group is about 86. 49%,the imported groups 86. 96%, P>0.05. ③ The appear ance rate of side effects:domestic-made groups is about 18. 02%. imported grouPs 15.22%, P >0.05. The difference between the two groups has no significance. It suggests that domestic-made cetirizine tablets is safe,effective,and reliable in the treatment of PAR,and its clinical efficacy and side effects are similar to that of the imported cetirizine from Belgium.
