摘　　要：图1所示为载货汽车8．5—20车轮，材料为Q235B，材料厚度14mm。由零件图可以看出，该零件加工工序较多，工艺较复杂，所以合理安排工艺顺序，减少或利用工序间的相互影响尤为重要。其冲压工艺方案为：下方料→中孔落料→轮辐成型→冲中心孔及螺栓孔→冲通风孔→挤通风孔→压印→车端面→切宽槽。The article introduced the determination of key index of transverse cutting-die for spoke-rib of vehicles,and its structure of mold,as well as operating principle.It also explain briefly the key points of mold design.This article is a valuable reference for other designs of mold for similar type of spare parts.
