摘 要:为了从脑组织神经肽Y水平探索运动性疲劳产生及药物调节的机理,采用ABC免疫组织化学法结合图象分析,观察中药复方“体复康”对运动性疲劳大鼠不同脑区神经肽Y的动态变化。结果显示:一定强度(速度由15m/min递增至35m/min,运动时间为20至25min/d)长期(共7周)运动的大鼠,安静状态下在丘脑室旁核(PV)、下丘脑背内侧核(DM)、下丘脑腹内侧核(VMH)等核团NPY无显著性变化;在此基础上的未次急性运动结束后3小时NPY变化尤为明显。中药复方“体复康”对于慢性运动应激过程中NPY的调节作用不明显,在急性运动应激中,中药复方对NPY的调节在运动结束后3小时尤为明显,且呈双向调节,即在PV、DM核团下调,而在VMH核团上调,结论:神经肽Y在运动性疲劳大鼠不同脑区呈现不同的动态变化趋势,中药复方“体复康”对NPY有双向调节作用。The mechnism of exercise-induced fatigue(FIF)and the effect of "Tifukang" Recipe(TFK)on neuropeptide Y(NPY)of brainin rat with EIF were studied.Avidin-biotin-complex immunohistochemistry and image pattern analysis were used to observe the effect of TEK on the changes of NPY in different areas of brain.Results:After long term(7 weeks)and high intensity exercise (from15m/min gradually increased to 35m/min,20 to 25min/d),at rest,NPY was unchanged in paraventricularthalamic (PV),dorso- medial hypothalamic(DM)nucleus and ventromedial hypothalamic (VMH)nuclues,however,at 3 houre postexercise after final ex- ercise it changed obviously.NPY was not remarkably affected in the chronic fatigue stress by TFk,but it was regulated bidirection- ally by TFk,expecially at 3 hours post-exercise in the acute fatigue stress;down in PV and DM,while up in VMH.Conclusion;The dynamic changes of NPY in different areas of brain in rat with EIF were different,and TFK had bidirectionally regulation effect on NPY.
