摘 要:通过实验生态学的方法,研究了3种多环芳烃—菲、芘和蒽对3种赤潮微藻—赤潮异弯藻、亚历山大藻和中肋骨条藻类胡萝卜素含量的影响。结果表明:低浓度的菲、芘和蒽处理使3种赤潮微藻的类胡萝卜素含量有所提高,而高浓度处理则降低藻细胞内的类胡萝卜素含量。菲、芘和蒽处理对赤潮异弯藻类胡萝卜素含量的96 h半抑制剂量分别为0.098、0.124和0.139 mg/L,对中肋骨条藻的96 h半抑制剂量分别为0.120、0.147和0.155 mg/L,对亚历山大藻的96 h半抑制剂量分别为0.128、0.153和0.162 mg/L。在3种赤潮微藻中,赤潮异弯藻的类胡萝卜素对菲、芘和蒽的毒性最敏感,而在3种多环芳烃中,菲对赤潮微藻类胡萝卜素的降解作用最大。The carotenoid contents responses of Heterosigma akashiwo, Skeletonema costatum and Alexandrium tamarense Balech to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons treatment were studied by the experimental ecology methods. The results showed that the lower concentration of phenanthrene, pyrene and anthracene could promote the carotenoid contents of Heterosigma akashiwo, Skeletonema costatum and Alexandrium tamarense Balech. However, the higher concentration of phenanthrene, pyrene and anthracene exhibited degradation to carotenoid. The 96h. EC50 values of phenanthrene, pyrene and anthracene treatment to carotenoid content of Heterosigma akashiw were 0. 098 mg/L, 0. 124 mg/L and 0. 139 mg/L respectively, and that to Skeletonema costatum were 0. 120 mg/L, 0. 147 mg/L and 0. 155 mg/L and to Alexandrium tamarense Balech were 0. 128 mg,/L, 0. 153 mg,/L and 0. 162 mg/L. The carotenoid in Heterosigma akashiwo was most sensitive to phenanthrene, pyrene and anthracene among three species of red-tide microalgae. The carotenoid in red-tide microalgae among three kind of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was highest degradated by Phenanthrene.
