洋金花伤膏治疗急性软组织扭挫伤42例

摘　　要：目的：观察剂型改革后的洋金花伤膏治疗急性软组织扭挫伤的临床疗效。方法：采用洋金花伤膏治疗急性软组织扭挫伤４２例，并与麝香追风膏对照组２１例进行疗效比较。结果：治疗组１２天治愈１８例，显效１２例，有效１０例，总有效率为９５．４２％，明显优于对照组的６１．９０％，Ｐ＜０．０１，有非常显著性差异。治疗组６天、９天有效率均优于对照组。结论：洋金花伤膏具有良好的活血化瘀、消肿止痛作用，外治急性软组织扭挫伤疗效佳、见效快、无副作用，并有易于保存、使用方便的优点。OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of modified Flos Daturae Plaster in the treatment of acute soft tissue contusion. METHOD:42 cases of acute soft tissue contusion were treated with the plaster, compared with a control group of 21 patients treated with Shexiang Zhuifeng Plaster. RESULT:In the treaatment group, 18 patients were cured in 12 days, 12 patients achieved marked effect and 10 patients were treated with some effect, the total effective rate being 95.42%, which was much higher than 61.90% in the control group. CONCLUSION: This plaster has good effect of activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis, relieving swelling and arresting pain, and can be used to treat acute soft tissue contusion with speedy effect and without side effect. This plaster is also easy to keep and use.
