摘　　要：近年来,涉众型经济犯罪呈上升趋势,影响着我国社会经济发展和社会秩序的稳定,制约了构建和谐社会目标的实施,成为我国经济领域中严重的不和谐因素。该犯罪具有涉案金额巨大、涉及面广、危害严重的特点。针对涉众型经济犯罪的特点,侦查也应采用相应的侦查对策和处置方法。In recent years, stakeholder-based economic crimes are on the rise, which affects our social and economic development and social order, and constrains the implementation of the objectives of building a harmonious society, therefore, it has become a serious economic sphere factor of disharmony. This kind of crime has the following characteristics： having a huge amount of money involved in the crime; involving a wide range; endangering seriously. This paper puts forward corresponding investigating countermeasures and disposal methods with regard to the characteristics of this kind of crime, which is the necessary of building a harmonious society and maintaining economic development.
