摘　　要：目的探讨单侧钩槽式外固定器（ＵＨＳＥＦ）治疗股骨远段骨折的疗效。方法将ＵＨＳＥＦ治疗的２４例股骨远段骨折的疗效与２６例石膏外固定、６例钢板内固定及１４例牵引的疗效进行比较。结果ＵＨＳＥＦ治疗的２４例股骨下段骨折术后愈合时间１０～１４周，平均１２周，术后２周骨折邻近关节开始活动。与石膏固定、钢板内固定及牵引疗法相比，关节活动早，卧床时间短（Ｐ＜０．０１），并发症少（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），骨愈合率高（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论ＵＨＳＥＦ治疗股骨远段骨折较钢板内固定手术创伤小，比石膏和牵引固定稳定、可靠。Objective To evaluate the effects of unilateral hook sulcated external fixator (UHSEF) in distal femoral fractures. Methods The results in 24 patients treated with the UHSEF were compared with those of internal fixation by plate (6 patients), plaster cast (26 patients) and traction (14 patients). Results Union time in UHSEF group was 10 to 14 weeks after operation, 12 weeks on average.The patients were allowed to move the joints adjacent to the fractures 2 weeks after operation. As compared with plaster cast,internal fixation and traction, UHSEF group had earlier joint motion (P <0 01), shorter bedrest time ( P <0 01),less complication ( P<0 05,P <0 01) and higher union rate ( P<0 05,P<0 01). Conclusion The UHSEF used for distal femoral fractures showed less operative trauma than internal fixation, more stable and more reliable than plaster cast and traction. The UHSEF is especially suitable for the comminuted fractures in distal femur.
