摘　　要：目的探讨末节断指再植中寻找和吻合指掌侧浅静脉的新方法。方法吻合末节指动脉及三针法吻合指掌侧浅静脉。再植顺序：骨骼固定→指背侧皮肤或指甲→指动脉→指神经→指掌侧浅静脉→闭合伤口。结果４３指成活４１指，成活率９５．４％。经过随访再植的末节指体外形饱满，指甲生长良好，功能恢复良好。结论吻合指掌侧浅静脉的末节断指再植成活率高。Objective To search for the new methods of replanting distal servered fingers and anastomosing the superficial veins of finger fronts. Methods The artery of the distal finger and the superficial veins of the finger fronts were anastomosed by three needle sewing. The order of replantation is as follows: skeleton fixation→finger back skin (or nail)→finger artery→finger nerve→the superficial vein of finger front→closed wound. Results 41 of 43 fingers were survival and the survival rate was 95 4%. The appearances of the replanted distal fingers were full on. The nails grew well. The functional restoration was good . Conclusion There is a high survival rate of distal replantation of anastomosing the superficial veins of finger fronts and quality survival.
