骶裂孔前间隙法胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症十年随访

摘　　要：目的:评价骶裂孔前间隙法胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症远期疗效。方法:262例采用骶裂孔前间隙法胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的患者按照随访年度分为8、9、10年组,记录其临床症状、体征、脊柱功能活动、能否正常恢复工作等指标。根据患者术后直腿抬高度、脊椎活动度、VAS评分、患肢肌力的改变综合评定疗效。结果:各组治愈率、优良率分别是八年组73.33%、88.89%,九年组72.22%、87.78%,十年组75.61%、87.80%。三组间治愈率、优良率比较无差异。结论:骶裂孔前间隙法胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症远期疗效满意。Objective： To investigate the effect of treatment of lumbar disc herniation chemonucleolysis with Collagenase by anterior epidural space via hiatus sacrais, an eight to ten years follow-up review was conducted. Methods ： The curative effects of all patients were evaluated by inquiry and physical examination. According to the change of straight leg-raising grade, spine moving grade, sensation, muscle strength and VAS pain scoring, a standard of curative effect gauged were established. The curative effect was expressed as cure rate and excellent rate. Results：The cure rate and excellent rate of 8 to 10 years groups were 73.33% ,88.89% ; 72.22% ,87.78% and 75.61% ,87.80% respectively. Conclusion： The chemonucleolysis with collagenase by anterior epidural space via hiatus sacralis is an effective method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
