摘 要:针对多年来预应力混凝土结构施工应力测试和张拉控制的不足之处,自主研发新型智能应力测试传感器装置,用于预应力张拉过程双智能控制和张拉锚固后预应力筋应力的测试。介绍该装置的基本工作原理、施工工艺要点,并结合具体的工程实例验证了实际应用效果。结果表明:该智能检测技术检测内容全面、检测结果精确,可保证预应力施工质量,推广应用前景十分广阔。This article aims to develop a new type of intelligence stress test sensor that can be used for double-intelligence control of the procedure of pretension and the prestressed reinforcement stress test after streching and anchoring, to cover the shortage on stress test and strech control of prestressed concrete construction. The primary operating principle and construction processing points were introduced in the paper. From the real efficency which verified in the engineering application instances, the technology is original, the contents are comprehensive and the results are accurate with regard to intelligence detection, because of this technology, the construction quality is assured and the generalization prospect is extensive.
