摘  要:为获得具有良好拒水性能的聚氨酯膜,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(DHPDMS)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为主要原料,合成了一系列有机硅改性聚氨酯(Si-PU)嵌段聚合物,探讨了DHPDMS质量分数对聚合物溶液性能以及聚合物膜性能的影响。红外光谱表明有机硅链段已经嵌入到聚氨酯大分子链段中。有机硅的引入使膜获得了拒水的表面效果,当DHPDMS质量分数由0上升到10%时,聚合物膜表面的水接触角由76.8°上升到102.5°;膜的力学性能随DHPDMS含量变化不大,膜可以在达到表面良好拒水性的同时保持较好的黏着性,表现出膜良好的应用性能;有机硅链段的引入使膜的热稳定性得到提高。To obtain a PU film with good water-repellency, a series of silicone modified polyurethane(Si-PU) block polymers were synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polyoxypropyleneglycol (PPG), hydroxy-terminated poly-dimethylsiloxane ( DHPDMS ) , 1,4-butanediol ( BDO ) and trihydroxymethylpropane (TMP). The influence of the mass percentage of DHPDMS on the properties of polymer solution and polymer film was explored. The FT-IR spectra showed that the silicone chain segments were incorporated into PU macromolecule. The water contact angle of the polymer film changed from 76.8° to 102.5° when the mass percentage of DHPDMS increased from 0 to 10 %, indicating that the introduction of silicone into the film has made it possess good water repellency and thermal stability. Variation of the content of DHPDMS has little effect on the mechanical property of the film. The film has good water-repellent and adhesive properties, showing its excellent application.
