摘 要:研究棉秆皮纤维高温脱胶技术,讨论高温时NaOH用量对棉秆皮纤维成分与结构的影响。通过SEM、FT-IR、XRD对棉秆皮纤维高温脱胶前后的表面形态、聚集态结构进行了表征。通过测定脱胶后的黑液残碱量表明反应是否充分。对脱胶后的棉秆皮纤维进行断裂强力测试和热性能分析,从中得出脱胶效果较好的工艺参数。实验结果表明:高温脱胶后棉秆皮纤维半纤维素和木质素下降明显,纤维素含量接近93%;棉秆皮纤维的断裂强力和热稳定性与碱用量有关。The technique of high temperature degumming of cotton stalk bark fiber was studied, and the effect of concentration of NaOH on the composition and structure of cotton stalk bark fiber was discussed. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier-Transform- Infrared ( FT- IR) and X-ray difffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the morphology and structure of aggregating state of cotton stalk bark fiber before and after high temperature degumming. The measurement on the remnant alkali of the black liquid indicated whether the reaction was sufficient. Meanwhile, the strength at break and thermal property of the degummed fibers were also tested. The better degumming parameters were obtained. The results demonstrated that the contents of hemicellulose and lignin of the cotton stalk bark fiber reduced obviously after high temperature degumming, and the contents of cellulose increased to nearly 93 %. The strength at break and thermal property of the treated cotton stalk bark fiber were related to the concentration of alkali.
