摘　　要：随着通信技术和网络技术的发展,广播电视网、移动网、互联网、电信网的业务及承载网络的融合已经成为网络发展的主旋律。人们对网络业务的需求也逐步呈现出多样化、综合化和个性化的趋势。众所周知,新一代网络是业务驱动的网络,各种新技术的应用、关键问题的解决都是为了更好地为用户提供各种业务。新一代网络是有能力提供全业务的网络,对业务的总体发展进行研究,有助于深入了解业务对网络、维护、计费、安全等各方面的需求,更好地促进广电新一代网络的建设和发展。Next-generation network is a business-driven network. Under the trend of Three Networks Convergence, radio and TV network has urgent need for a new business model, which fits its development, to guide its network transformation and to improve its business competitiveness in the market. Based on analysis of new radio and TV network business trends and emerging technologies' impact on business development, the paper researches overall development of radio and TV network business. We wish it will be helpful to construction and development of radio and TV next-generation network.
