摘 要:以跨径布置为145 m+2×260 m+145 m的下白石连续刚构桥为工程背景,介绍该桥健康监测系统的总体目标、监测内容、仪器选择、测点布置、信号采集与传输和安全报警等。采集系统实现静力和动力数据综合采集与控制,包括加速度、动位移等动态特征及应变、温度、支座位移和线形等静态信息。星型传输系统可保证各个采集子站的独立性和抗干扰能力,并采用多模光纤和电话网络实现数据远距离传输、远程监控和现场无人值守。该健康监测系统工作正常、性能稳定、监测数据可信。通过对监测数据的初步分析,表明下白石大桥没有异常发生,目前桥梁基本处于安全状态。A prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge with 145 m +2 × 260 m+145 m spans, the Xiabaishi Bridge, is selected as the sample of the required engineering background. Aspects of its health monitoring system are described, including the overall monitoring objective, measurement contents, monitoring instrument selection, monitoring points layout, data acquisition and long-distance transmission and safety alarming system and so on. Static and dynamic data acquisition is realized, namely, vibration characters such as acceleration and dynamic displacement and static information such as strain, temperature, displacement of supports and bridge line-type are syncretized and controlled. The star transmission structures syncretizeed in the monitoring system can make sure that each acquisition substation is independent and has strong anti-interference capability. The multi-molds optical fiber net and telephone net are used to carry out unattended long-distance transmission and long-distance supervisory control. The on-line monitoring system of the Xiabaishi Bridge has worked very well since it was opened. It demonstrates normal operation and stable performance and provides accurate and reliable monitoring data. The initial analysis indicates that no abnormality occur with the Xiabaishi Bridge, and the Bridge is safe at present.
