摘　　要：脉动真空高压蒸汽灭菌器的安全装置,在高温高压作用下,会出现失灵、失效、腐蚀、堵塞、泄露等缺陷。本文从实践的角度,重点介绍了安全控制阀件、压力表、空气过滤器、温度压力变控装置、封闭门安全连锁装置的保养维护方法,并且依据国家相关标准规范,明确了设备安全检验期限。The safety unit of pulsation steam vacuum sterilize may result in malfunction, invalidation, erosion, blockage and leakage under the condition of high temperature and high pressure. This paper introduces the maintenance methods of the safety valve, manometer, gas filter, temperature-pressure control unit and interlock device based on practice. Inspection duration of the safety unit is suggested based on relevant standard specification at the end.
