摘 要:提出了一种简单可靠的心电信号实时检测方法——差分窗口法(DWA)。该算法首先用基线-相对幅值-差分法检测出QRS波群,再采用均值-方差-窗口法对TP波进行检测。试验采用MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database中提供的48组心电数据及一些临床采集的心电数据,先在MATLAB下仿真了DWA算法,然后在ARM7TDMI-S上运行该算法,准确率达99.98%,实现了对心电的实时分析,验证了算法的可行性和可靠性。试验得到的结论为DWA算法能对心电信号的主要特征参数进行提取和识别,从而能够快速准确地对心电图进行诊断,易于在便携式系统中实现。A simple and reliable real-time ECG signal detection method named Derivative Windows Algorithm (DWA) is presented in this paper. Firstly, the QRS waves are detected by the baseline-opposite amplitude-derivative method. Then, the TP waves are detected by the mean-variance-windows method. And finally, the clinical sampling ECG signals and 48 groups of ECG signals in MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database are simulated by Matlab, and used in the ARMTTDMI-S real-time analysis test bed. The results show that the accuracy rate is as high as 99.98%, and also illuminate that the algorithm is feasible and reliable. At last, the conclusion got from the experiment is that the DWA can pick up the main characteristics of ECG, recognize the ECG quickly and exactly, and is easily applied in the portable system.
