摘 要:目的:探讨和分析护理专业本科生对专业认可度、满意度及就业前景评价,为高等护理教育改革提供建议。方法:自行设计调查问卷,对我校2004级、2005级、2006级、2007级和2008级护理专业本科生600名进行调查分析。结果:护理专业本科生对护理及其专业性质的理解尚不够清楚;各年级普遍对专业认可度比较低,年级之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。2004级与2005级以及2006级与2007级学生之间对护理专业的满意率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。2008级与2004级学生之间对护理专业的满意率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。2008级与2004级、2005级以及2006级与2007级护生之间对护理专业就业前景态度有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:护理专业本科生对护理教学总体评价较好,对护理就业前景不乐观,学校教育应从多方面进行改进,以提高护理专业学生对专业认可度、满意度及就业前景态度和社会责任意识。Objective: The study aimed to analyze the professional recognition, sarisfaction and career perspective of undergraduate nursing students, thereby to provide basic evidence for higher nursing education reform. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used among 600 undergraduate nursing students, who were recruited from Grade 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 in our school. Results: The undergraduate nursing students didn't have a very clear understanding regarding nursing and the nature of nursing profession. The professional recognition of the five grades was general low and there was no significant difference between any two groups of the five grades (P〉 0.05). No significant difference between Grade 2004 and Grade 2005 in the satisfaction of nursing profession (P〉 0.05), neither between Grade 2006 and Grade 2007. There was a significant difference between Grade 2004 and Grade 2008 in the satisfaction of nursing profession (P 〈0.05). There was significant difference between Grade 2004 and Grade 2008 in the attitude of nursing career perspective (P 〈0.05), which was the same to Grade 2008 and Grade 2005, Grade 2006 and Grade 2007. Conclusion: The assessment of the overall nursing education is good. But there was not optimistic attitude about career perspective. The nursing educational reforms should be undertaken at various aspects to enhance the professional recognition, satisfaction, the attitude about career perspective and social responsibility of the nursing professional students.
