摘　　要：目的:通过介绍国外分级护理的现状,为进一步完善我国的分级护理制度提供参考和借鉴。方法:通过文献检索和实证研究,从分级护理的决策主体、分类、内容等方面对国外分级护理进行介绍。结论:我国的分级护理制度应不断完善,才能满足人民群众对新的医疗制度改革的需要。objective： To provide reference for Grading Nursing system in ottr country by analyzing the status of international Grading Nursing system. Methods： After literature search and analysis, the authors introduced the decision body, classification and contents of international Grading Nursing system. Conclusion： Our Grading Nursing system should improve gradually to meet the patients＇ expectation on new medical care system revolution.
