摘　　要：从索绪尔的横组合和纵聚合关系出发对英语文本进行分析,剖析这两种关系在学生阅读理解过程中所起作用,提出学生在语篇阅读过程中所需注意的问题,旨在完善传统阅读教学的不足之处,提高英语学习者的阅读理解能力。By analyzing the English texts from the paradigmatic relations and syntagmatic relations and exploring the functions of the two relations in the reading comprehension,the problems in the reading process are put forward for the purpose of improving the traditional teaching method and enhancing the learners＇ ability of reading comprehension.
