摘　　要：分析了影响兖州矿区岩巷掘进速度提高的主要原因,介绍了优化劳动组织、实施技术创新、完善工作面设备配套及施工工艺的经验和做法。With the major factors analyzed that affect the improvement of rock entry monthly driveage rate in Yanzhou coal mining area,this paper presents an introduction to the experience and practice in labour organization optimization,technical innovation implementation,rock entry face equipment complementation and the proper use of construction techniques.
