摘  要:目的:建立莴苣中土壤杀菌剂土壤散残留的毛细管气相色谱分析方法。方法:莴苣样品用丙酮/正己烷(10:90,v/v)均质提取,用浓硫酸净化,采用DB-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)分离,电子捕获检测器检测。结果:本方法测定莴苣中土壤散,在5-150 ng/ml浓度范围内,线性回归方程Y=252.4X-37.1,相关系数r=0.9992,线性回归良好;回收率87.5%-91.2%,相对标准偏差小于5.3%,该方法的检出限为0.5μg/kg。结论:本方法简便、快速、灵敏,同时具有良好的回收率和重现性。Objective:To develop a sensitive method for the determination of soil fungicide quintozene residue in lettuce by capillary gas chromatography. Methods:After the sample was extracted with acetone/hexane (10:90, v/v) and cleaned up with H2SO4 , the chromatographic separation was performed on a DB -5 capillary column (30 m × 0. 32 mm× 0. 25 μm) and detection was carried out by a micro electron capture detector. Results:The linear range was 5.0 - 150. 0 ng/ml and the limit of quantification was 0. 5 μg/kg for quintozene. The regression equation was Y = 252. 4X - 37. 1 with a coefficient of determination ( r = 0. 9992). The extraction recoveries were between 87.5% - 91.2% , the RSD was less than 5.3%. Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid and sensitive with satisfactory recoveries and reproducibility.
