摘 要:目的:建立能同时测定生活饮用水中F^-、ClO2^-、BrO3^-、Cl^-、NO2^-、Br^-、S^2-、ClO3^-、SO3^2-、NO3^-、PO4^3-、SO4^2-等12种无机阴离子的方法。方法:采用离子色谱法,选用IonPac AS9分离柱,9.0 mmol/L Na2CO3为淋洗液,水样经沉淀脱色后,过滤进样分析。结果:能简便、快速、有效地分离检测水中的12种无机阴离子。方法的相关性好(r>0.9991),线性范围广、检出限低(0.012-0.093 mg/L),RSD〈2.75%,样品加标回收率91.2%-102.6%。同时对测定的酸碱度、共存非测定离子等干扰因素进行研究,确保测定的准确性,结果令人满意。结论:本法干扰小、灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简便,对多种水样适应性好,适合生活饮用水中12种无机阴离子的同时检测分析。Objective:To establish a new method for quantitative detection of inorganic anion in water including fluoride, chlorite, hromate, chloride, nitrite, bromide, sulfuret, chlorate, sulfite, nitrate, phosphate, sulfate. Methods: Ion chromatography was applied. IonPae AS9 was selected as the seperation column, 9. 0 mmol/L Na2CO3 was eluent. After deposited,decolored and filtrated, the samples was injected and analysized. Results: Enable to easily and effectively separate and deteminate twelve sorts of inorganic anion in water. In this method, good relative( r 〉 0. 9991 ), broad linearity range, low detection limit, good analytic accuracy and precision were obtained(RSD% 〈 2. 75). The average recoveries rates were between 91.2% and 102.6%. Interferential factors such as acidity & alkalinity, coexist & non -determinating ions were also studied to ensure results accuracy. Conclusion: This methond is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It has good adaptility to various water samples. It is suitable for simultaneous determination of twelve sorts of inorganic anion in drinking water.
