摘  要:目的:分析深圳市2009年上半年分离的大肠埃希菌对抗菌药物的耐药性,提供耐药监测数据和指导临床用药。方法:纸片扩散法确证产ESBLs菌株,采用WHONET 5.4软件分析药物敏感性试验结果。结果:43.2%菌株产ESBLs,大肠埃希菌对美罗培南、亚胺培南、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦敏感率超过90%。对氨苄西林、哌拉西林、复方新诺明、头孢呋辛酯、头孢呋辛钠、氨苄西林/舒巴坦和头孢唑林耐药率超过50%。结论:深圳地区大肠埃希菌对部分常用抗菌药物耐药性严重,应加强耐药性监测,临床要注意合理用药。Objective: To analyze drug resistance of Escherichia coli in the first half of 2009 in Shenzhen to provide drug resistance surveillance data and references for the rational use of drugs. Methods: ESBLs was determined by the disk diffusion method. WHONET 5.4 was employed to analyze the drug resistance. Results :43.2% of Escherichia coli procedued ESBLs. The sensitive rate of meropenem, imipenem, amikacin and piperacillin - tazobactam was over 90%. The resistance rate of ampicillin, piperacillin, trimethoprim - sulphamethoxazole, cefuroxime axetil, Cefuroxime Sodium, ampicillin - salbactam and cefazolin was over 50%. Conclusion: Drug resistance of Escherichia coli is serious in Shenzhen. Resistance surveillance should be empha- sized. Antibiotics should be used rationally.
