摘  要:目的:了解医院肺炎克雷伯菌感染的分布与耐药情况。方法:采用VITEK-32微生物鉴定仪鉴定,纸片琼脂扩散法药敏试验进行统计分析。结果:200株肺炎克雷伯菌中痰液、尿液、血液和分泌物标本占88%,其中痰液70.9%、尿液9.8%、血液5.8%、分泌物1.5%。其耐药率最低的是亚胺培南/西司他丁(0),其次为阿米卡星(25%)、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠(35%)、头孢美唑(37.5%),其余均大于40.0%。结论:医院内肺炎克雷伯菌耐药现象突出,临床应重视其流行情况并合理使用抗菌药物。Objective: To investigate the distribution and the drug resistance of Klebsiella peneumoniae in our hospital. Methods: The strains of K. peneumoniae isolated from clinical samples were identified by VITEK - 32 system. Susceptibility test to antimierobial agents was performed by disk diffusion methods. Results: 88% of total 200 strains of K. peneumoniae were isolated from sputum, urine,blood and secretion samples, and 70. 9% of them were isolated from sputum, 9. 8% from urine,5.8% from blood, 1.5% from secretion samples. The resistance rate of imipenem/cilastatin was the lowest (0%) , amikacin was 25%, cefoperzone/sulbactam was 35 % , cefmetazole was the other all more than 40%. Conclusion:Antimicrobial resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae in our hospital is very prominent. It should paiy more attention to the epidemic status of strains and rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic.
