淄博市布氏菌病14年监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的：通过淄博市1994～2007年疑似布氏菌病患者的血清学监测结果分析，探讨淄博市布氏菌病疫情的流行特点与发病趋势，为布氏菌病疫情预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法：1994～2007年全市各区县送检疑似布氏菌病患者的血清，采用瑞特氏试管凝集试验检测布氏杆菌抗体。结果：检测标本1063份，布氏杆菌抗体阳性199人，阳性率为18．72％；男性848人，男性占总样本数的79．77％，阳性151人，阳性率为17．81％，男性发病高于女性；发病年龄以青壮年为主，15～59岁组924例，阳性161人，阳性率为17．42％％，农民占624例，阳性103人，阳性率16．51％％。结论：针对疫情回升原因，建议今后加强传染源管理工作，切断病菌传播途径，加强畜间检疫与预防接种、病畜的隔离与淘汰工作及污染环境的消毒处理和三管工作，加大对职业人群的宣传力度，使群众对此病深入了解，增强自我防护意识，得病后及时就诊，达到控制疫情上升，降低发病率的目的。Objective ：The adoption of Zibo City in 1994 - 2007 brucellosis in patients suspected of monitoring serology results of the analysis, to explore the city of Zibo brucellosis outbreak of the incidence and characteristics of the popular trend of brucellosis epidemic prevention and control work of science Basis.
