摘 要:合成了2个三元甘氨酰甘氨酸-铜(Ⅱ)-多吡啶型配合物:[Cu(Gly-gly)(DPPZ)]·2H2O(1)和[Cu(Gly-gly)(TATP)]·2H2O(2)(Gly-gly=甘氨酰甘氨酸,DPPZ=二吡啶并[3,2-a;2,3-c]吩嗪,TATP=1,4,8,9-四氮三联苯),并由元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱以及摩尔电导率测定对其进行了表征。应用改进的氯化硝基四氮唑蓝光照还原法研究了这些配合物及[Cu(Gly-gly)(Phen)]·3H2O(3)(Phen=1,10-邻菲咯啉)在水溶液中催化超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)歧化分解(SOD)的活性,用循环伏安法研究了配合物的电化学性质。结果表明,3种配合物均具有良好的SOD活性,表观催化速率常数分别为1.08×107,1.11×107和1.20×107L/mol·S。Ternary copper(Ⅱ) complexes [Cu(Gly-gly) (DPPZ)]·2H2O (1) and [Cu(Gly-gly) (TATP)]·2H2O (2) (Gly-gly=Glycyl-glycine,TATP=1,4,8,9-tetranitrogen,DPPZ=dipyrido[3,2-a:2'3'-c] phenazine) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,molar conductivity,IR and Uv-vis spectroscopes. The SOD-like activities of the complexes and complex [Cu(Gly-gly)(Phen)]·3H2O (3) (Phen=1,10-phenanthroline) had been determined in water solution by improved nitroblue etragolium-illumination method. The electrochemical properties of the complexes had been studied by cyclic voltammetry method. The results indicated that the complexes possess excellent SOD- like activities, the rate constants ( KQ ) of complexes for catalyzing the dismutation of O2^τ are 1.08 × 10^7 , 1.11 × 10^7 , and 1.20 × 10^7 L/mol· S, respectively.
