摘  要:对麦草浆H2O2强化中浓氧脱木素的主要影响因素进行了研究,得出了H2O2强化氧脱木素的优化工艺条件,并进行了OpQP全无氯漂白。结果表明,麦草浆H2O2强化氧脱木素具有较高的脱木素率和选择性。H2O2强化中浓氧脱木素的优化工艺条件是:氧压0.5 MPa,温度100℃,H2O2用量1.5%,NaOH用量4%,MgSO4用量0.5%,反应时间60 min,浆浓10%。麦草浆OQP/OpQP全无氯漂白对比研究得出,H2O2强化氧脱木素能够提高纸浆后续可漂性能并提高白度稳定性,而纸浆的物理强度略有降低。In this paper, hydrogen peroxide was applied to strengthen the oxygen delignification of wheat straw pulp and the influencing factors were studied. We also investigated the TCF bleaching of wheat straw pulp using an OpQP sequence. The results showed that adding peroxide to pulp has a notable effect on oxygen alkaline bleaching process. The efficiency and selectivity of oxygen delignification are improved. The optimal technological conditions of oxygen alkaline bleaching with adding hydrogen peroxide are as follows: oxygen pressure 0.5 MPa, temperature 100℃, H2O2 charge 1.5% , NaOH charge 4% , MgSO4 charge 0.5% , reaction time 60 min, pulp consistency 10%. The OpQP bleaching result indicated that the H2O2 reinforced delignification can improve the bleachability and brightness stability of the pulp, but reduce slightly the strength of the paper.
