摘 要:为了提高杠杆传动重力式力量训练器械的性能,探索器械的优化设计方法。研究以模拟人体膝关节肌力矩为例,通过实验获得人体膝关节伸肌等动向心收缩的力矩-角度特征曲线,采用图解法对杠杆传动重力式力量训练器械的阻力矩进行肌力矩的模拟,优化设计器械杠杆传动装置。结果:优化设计的器械改变了传统设计杠杆末端点与滑轮拉力作用点之间的位置关系,优化定位了滑轮拉力作用点相对于杠杆末端点的位置。结论:优化的设计使得器械阻力矩相对于传统设计而言更符合人体肌力矩,解决了器械的全载负荷问题并在一定程度上解决了可利用惯性、肌肉疲劳和器械噪声等问题。The purpose of this study is to improve the functions of the lever drive gravitytype apparatus and to explore the method of designing the apparatus. Taking the modulated knee torque as an example, through experiment to obtain the isokinetic torque-angle curves of knee extension and by graphic designing method, the author tried to imitate the experimental curve and design optimally the lever drive device. The results of the study are that the optimally designed apparatus can change the relative position of the original lever end and the force point of the pulley, and fixe a position of the force point of the pulley in relation to the lever. It is concluded that the optimal designing makes the resistance torque better match with the human torque than the traditional design, and solves the problem of the full load and the problems of the usable inertia,fatigue and noise in a certain degree.
