摘  要:苯并咪唑及其衍生物是一类结构特殊的杂环化合物。以苯并咪唑环为母体的化合物即苯并咪唑类化合物具有很强的杀菌性和生物活性.是一类活性很强的内吸型杀菌剂日。在医药工业、高性能复合材料、染料等方面有着广泛的用途。目前,此类化合物已被广泛应用于金属防腐、生物、医药等领域。A type of surfactant, benzimidazole was synthesized with pyridine, o-phenylenediamine, sodium chloroacetate and n-octyl bromide as raw materials. The effects of reaction temperature and time on the conversion rate of sodium chloroacetate were studied, the optimum conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature of pyridine with sodium chloroacetate was 70℃, reaction time was 6h and the rate of conversion was reached 98.1%. The obtained intermediate was reacted with o-phenylenediamine in hydrochloric acid for 6h at reflux temperature, and then obtained product reacted with n-octyl bromide at 110~120℃ for 24h. The chemical structure of final product was characterized by IR, and its surface properties were also measured.
