摘　　要：2008年奥运会对北京物流业提出了挑战,也为更好更快地发展北京乃至全国物流业起到了强有力的推动作用。文章针对"好运北京"铁人三项场馆物流运作中存在的一系列问题,如物流配送规划不合理,配送过程经常出错;配送线路没有优化,物流配送效率不高;物流配送技术含量不高,影响配送质量等,指出为更好地发展独具特色的中国物流业,我国物流企业应认真总结奥运物流经验,提高自身物流服务水平;同时借助奥运场馆物流数据,进行专业研究,为更好更深入的物流研究提供理论基础与技术支持。The 2008 Olympics did not only bring the logistics industry in Beijing with challenges, but also promote the development of logistics industry in Beijing and even in the whole country. Taking problems with the venue of Triathlon as an example, the author puts forward some countermeasures on how to promote a better development of logistics industry with Chinese characteristics, such as we should draw lessons from experiences to improve the level of logistic service, make some special research with the help of logistic data of Olympic venue to provide the theoretical basis and technological support for the better research of logistics.
