摘 要:利用固体氧化物电解池(Solid oxide electrolysis cell,SOEC)在高温下电解水蒸气制氢,被认为是未来的大规模制氢方法之一。本文采用干压法和丝网印刷法制备了SOEC,考察了氢电极气氛和工作温度对SOEC电解性能的影响,测试了SOEC的稳定性。实验结果表明:氢电极进气中适宜的水蒸气含量为70%~80%;电解池在800,850和900℃,1.50V的产氢速率分别为89,163和243N·ml·cm^-1·h^-1;在900℃以0.33A·cm^-2恒流电解2h,电解电压的稳定值为0.98V,并且电解池运行稳定,无明显衰减。阻抗谱解析表明,电极过程是整个电解池电极反应的速度控制步骤。High temperature steam electrolysis (HTSE) using solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOEC) provided a very promising way for the large-scale hydrogen production in the future. In this paper, the single button cells were fabricated by dry pressing and screen-printing method. The effects of the steam content in the input stream and the operating temperature on the electrolytic properties of the cells were studied. Also, the stability of SOECs was tested. The experimental results showed that it was suitable to keep the content of steam in the hydrogen electrode input stream at 70%-80% during the test. At 800, 850 and 900 ℃ with the steam content of 70%, the hydrogen production rate was 89, 163 and 243 N·ml·cm^-2·h^ -1, respectively. The single SOEC exhibited an electrolytic voltage of 0.98 V and showed excellent durability ( zero degradation ) under the electrolytic currency of 0.33 A·cm^-2, the input stream of 80% H2O + 20% H2 and the temperature of 900 ℃ for 2 h. The electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) analysis indicated that the electrode process was the limited step in the whole electrolysis reaction.
