摘 要:随着多联机的广泛使用,多联机配管长度对机组性能的影响成为业内人士关注的问题。配管长度的增加,虽然可以扩大多联机的作用域,但是同样带来了回油困难、制冷量衰减和系统需充注大量制冷剂的问题,造成了多联机在理论上具有节能潜力,而在实际使用中未必有效的现象。本文就机组配管长度对机组的影响进行了理论分析计算,讨论了多联机的经济配管长度。With the widespread use of variable refrigeration flow (VRF) air-conditioning (A/C) system, the influences of pipe length on system performance attracted more concern. With the longer pipe, although the refrigeration zone was enlarged, several problems were also brought forward, such as difficulties of oil return, the decrease of cooling capacity, and meanwhile more refrigerant was required. All these would result in a situation that VRF A/C system had energy-saving potential in theory, while in practice, it had low energy efficient. In this paper, the economical pipe length of VRF A/C system was calculated and its impacts on the system were discussed.
