摘  要:从液相体系和气相体系两个方面综述了铜纳米线制备的最新研究进展,其中主要包括两种体系制备过程中的各种工艺(如电化学沉积、溶胶-凝胶、化学沉积等)以及促成纳米线生长的各类模板剂等。简要叙述了铜纳米线因量子效应所引起的各种特性,如热学特性、机械特性、电子特性、光学特性及场散射特性等。并以大量文献报道为基础,探讨并预测了铜纳米线研制及应用领域面临的问题和挑战,如如何控制铜沿某一晶面方向生长成为单晶铜纳米线、如何真实准确地测定铜纳米线的特性等。最后,对铜纳米线的研制和发展方向进行了展望。One-dimensional (1D) metal-based nanostructure-wires, rods, belts and tubes are of particular interest because of their potential applications in catalysis, nanoscaled electronics and optoelectronic devices. Current research activities concentrated on formation of copper nanowires were summarized. The approaches in the following areas were illustrated: i) liquid phase growth of copper nanowires by electrochemical deposition, sol-gel process, chemical deposition and different relevant templates; ii) gas phase growth of copper nanowires by different processes. Unique properties due to quantum effect associated with copper nanowires were briefed. Quantitative explorations and predictions of challenges in formation of copper nanowires also were reviewed. 1D metallic nanomaterials, although having broad practical applications, require further development in several respects. In particular, the fabrication of desired copper nanowires with special crystal direction and their essential properties are still major challenges for nanotechnologists. The possible research perspectives of this region were stated.
