摘 要:采用声发射检测技术测量聚丙烯卧式搅拌床反应器的料位分布,从而确定其料面倾斜角。在冷模装置中系统考察了加料系数、搅拌转速、粉料性质以及底部循环气对料面倾斜角的影响。实验结果表明,加料系数、粉料性质和搅拌转速决定料面倾斜角的大小,而底部循环气无影响。在此基础上,通过引入加料系数、速度数、加料数等无因次变量,建立了料面倾斜角的预测模型,其预测结果相对误差不超过4%,可用于聚丙烯卧式搅拌床反应器料面倾斜角的计算。Distribution of bed level in horizontal stirred bed reactor(HSBR) for polymerization of propylene was studied by using acoustic emission measurement to determine the acclivitous angle of bed level in the reactor. A cold-model of HSBR system was employed to investigate relationships of acclivitous angle of bed level with powder vol./reactor vol. (feed fraction), stirring speed, powder properties and gas flow rate from bottom of the reactor. Determining factors of bed level distribution were the first three. The influence of gas flow rate from bottom of reactor could be ignored in normal operation. To introduce relative variables of feed fraction, speed number, dimensionless height of charged particles was proposed for establishing dimensionless equations. An empirical correlation model to predict the acclivitous angle of bed level in HSBR was obtained with the relative deviation of predication model below 4% and could be used to calculate the acclivitous angle.
