摘 要:以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,设计合成了3种吸附剂——聚羟丙基-β-环糊精(PHP-β-CD)、聚羧甲基-β-环糊精(PCM-β-CD)两个聚β-环糊精衍生物和不带取代基的聚β-环糊精(P-β-CD)。用X射线衍射技术对PHP-β-CD和PCM-β-CD的结构表征结果显示,它们均为无定形聚集态。考察了吸附条件对3种吸附剂吸附碱性品红吸附量的影响。实验结果表明,PCM-β-CD吸附碱性品红的吸附量最大,P-β-CD吸附碱性品红的吸附量最小;体系pH对PCM-β-CD吸附碱性品红吸附量的影响最大。在室温、碱性品红初始质量浓度250 mg/L、体系pH=5.24、振荡时间2.5 h的条件下,P-β-CD和PHP-β-CD吸附碱性品红的吸附量分别为32.3,39.0 mg/g;其他条件不变,体系pH=5.43时,PCM-β-CD吸附碱性品红的吸附量为54.6 mg/g。3种吸附剂对碱性品红的吸附满足Freundlich等温方程。Poly-β-cyclodextrin (P-β-CD) and its two derivatives, namely poly-hydroxypropyl-β- cyclodextrin( PHP-β-CD ) and poly-carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin ( PCM-β-CD ) were synthesized by using epoxy chloropropane as crosslinking agent. All three were used as adsorbents of fuchsin. The aggregation states of PHP-β-CD and PCM-β-CD, characterized by means of XRD, were both amorphous. The effects of adsorption conditions on adsorbance of the three adsorbents for fuchsin were investigated. PCM-β-CD showed the highest adsorbance for fuchsin while P-β-CD the lowest. The adsorbance of PCM-β-CD for fuchsin among the three was affected most by pH of the system. Under the conditions of ambient temperature, initial mass concentration of fuchsin 250 mg/L, system pH 5.24 and shaking time 2.5 h, the adsorbance of P-β-CD, PHP-β-CD for fuchsin are 32.3, 39.0 mg/g respectively; and that of PCM-β-CD is 54.6 mg/g while keeping the other conditions same as above but only system pH 5.43. The adsorbances of three adsorbents for fuchsin all fit Freundlich isotherm equation.
