摘　　要：近年来高校学术期刊在办刊的过程中教育功能出现了弱化现象,主要表现为:急于"拔高",忽视对作者的培养;编辑任务繁重,无心培育作者;编辑道德失范,教育功能缺失。提出了加强教育功能的对策。In recent years, there has been a growing concern about the weakening of educational functions of university academic journals. It mainly shown in following aspects： 1 ） Too egger to improve the academic quality while neglecting the learning process of authors; 2 ） Editors＇ indifference to authors＇ cultivation due to their overload work; 3 ） Editors＇declining moral standards. Therefore, in this paper, we try to put forward some countermeasures for strengthening the education functions of university academic journals.
