摘　　要：目的了解上海市闸北区劳动力人群致死性伤害的死亡情况及其主要原因和相关行为危险因素。方法采用描述性研究的方法对2006年闸北区因伤害死亡的劳动力人群进行回顾性调查,分析其死因、相关行为危险因素和疾病负担。结果伤害死亡率为21.12/10万,居该人群全死因第3位。男性粗死亡率为女性的1.84倍。潜在寿命损失年数居该人群全死因第3位,潜在工作损失年数居全死因第2位。交通事故、意外跌落、意外中毒位居该人群伤害死亡前3位。相关行为危险因素主要是交通违章行为、环境因素、家庭纠纷和压力等。结论伤害已成为影响劳动力人群健康的主要的公共卫生问题,交通事故、意外中毒、意外跌倒是今后该区伤害防制工作的重点。Objective In order to find the main causes and risk factors of death injury in workforce population. Methods A description analysis was used to conduct the retrospective investigation on the injury-related deaths in workforce population aged 15-64 years old in Zhabei district during 2006. This study identified the causes of death, behavioral risk factors for death and disease burden. Results The mortality of death injury in workforee population in Zhabei district was 21.12 per 100 000 persons, and it was the third leading cause of total death in workforce population. The crude death ratio between male and female was 1.84. Injury was the third leading cause of all YPLL, and it was the second leading cause of all WYPLL in workforce population. In addition, injury became the first leading cause of both YPLL and WYPLL by per person in workforce population. Road traffic, unintentional fall and unintentional poison were the first three leading causes of death injury in workforee population. The injuryrelated deaths were significantly associated with occupation, disability and chronic disease. Traffic violating, domestic discord, stress and so on were identified as the behavioral risk factors of death. Conclusion The health of workforee population is profoundly affected by injuries, and Zhabei CDC should focus on the problems of road traffic, fall and suicide to improve injury surveillance and prevention.
